Deaf Ministry ASL Church Tour

Deaf Ministry ASL Church Tour is given to us by a faithful Catholic. This ASL video explains what each part of the Catholic Church represents and why it is there. A priest from the archdiocese of Edmonton gives us all a tour of the Catholic Church.

For any returning practicing Christian to the Catholic-Christian faith this video is a must. It provides a great refresher. This Deaf Ministry ASL Church tour is one of the best on the internet. A walk through of the church is provided in clearly signed ASL. Videos such as these are quite helpful in any Deaf Ministry faith formation class. You can watch this video and others in a classroom setting.

A great idea would be for many other churches that support the Deaf to provide a video such as this in their own native sign language. A Deaf Ministry ASL Church tour in each country’s native sign language is invaluable to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Though not every is schooled in liturgy, it might be possible to ask the director of liturgy in the diocese to provide the tour accompanied by a interpreter. Furthermore, if your Deaf Ministry has a good team of ASL interpreters that provide excellent ASL interpretation they could interpret for a priest or deacon.
