ASL Pope Vatican News from Rome, Italy. American Sign Language interpretation of Pope Francis’ General Audience. It has been almost a year now that the Vatican News has been offering news in American Sign Language to the rest of the world. Why ASL? In America it is deemed a real language where as in other countries it is doubted. Furthermore, there is no technical universal sign language in the world. So is the start of the universal sign language movement? Maybe!

ASL Pope Vatican News should reach the four corners of the world and to all the churches that our Christian and have a strong Deaf culture to them. Non-Denominational, Baptist, and 7th day Adventist Deaf Churches still ought to hearken to Vicar of Christ on earth.
